"Great Train Disasters" by Geoff Eastlake

This book covers more than fifty disasters involving railways from the twentieth century, concentrating upon incidents that occurred in Great Britain.

The case studies are mostly limited to a couple of pages each, and a large amount of the book is taken up with pictures, but it does provide a good short summary of many incidents.

Amongst the case studies written up by Eastlake are the Channel Tunnel fire, and the train crashes at Granville, Moorgate, Gare de Lyon, and Clapham Junction.
